Welcome to The Permit Pro! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the The Permit Pro mobile and web applications (“Service”) provided by The Permit Pro (“we,” “our,” or “us”), located in Picayune, Mississippi, USA. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use The Permit Pro. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The Permit Pro offers subscription-based services. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers:

Stripe for web subscriptions.
Apple App Store and Google Play Billing for in-app purchases.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings in the app or through your app store. All payment processing is handled by the respective providers, and their policies apply. We do not store or access your full payment details.

4. Refunds

Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play must be requested directly from those platforms, in accordance with their policies.

For web-based subscriptions processed via Stripe, users may contact permit@thepermitpro.net within 7 days of the initial purchase to request a refund review. Refunds are granted at our discretion and are generally only approved if the user has not substantially used premium features. After a subscription period has begun or a renewal has been processed, refunds are typically not available.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to: use The Permit Pro for unlawful or fraudulent activities; attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the Service; share or resell your account access to others. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your The Permit Pro account at any time directly within the app. When you do, your personal information will be permanently removed from our active systems, except where required by law to retain (e.g., payment records).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and trademarks associated with The Permit Pro are the property of The Permit Pro. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our materials without written permission.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. While we strive to keep The Permit Pro available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Permit Pro is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the Service for your purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Permit Pro and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pearl River County, Mississippi.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will take effect upon posting the updated version within the app or on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
